FAQs
Yes. Our products are used in hospitals, retirement homes and schools. No, but we recommend that you do as the spray takes about an hour to dry. For your convenience and ours we recommend that you take pets out, place them in a room you don’t need serviced or tie them up for a short period. Like all sprays, the chemicals we use are dangerous to fish. Tanks or ponds will need to be covered. Not unless you want cupboards sprayed. No. The products we use are water based and will dry within the hour. There may be some streaking on the outside of windows, however, so we recommend you leave cleaning your windows until after your pest control service. Put away toothbrushes, move small toys and clothing away from skirting boards to allow access, open curtains and pull up blinds so we can access window reveals. Do not remove cobwebs before the treatment. We will leave a detailed report after the service which outlines some recommendations such as not vacuuming for a couple of days and leaving cobwebs for at least two weeks before removal. In most cases we provide a 6 month written warranty (unless otherwise stated). We recommend having your home serviced every 12 months and generally find that the products we use will continue working for this length of time. A standard 3 bedroom house usually takes 1¼ hrs to 1½ hrs to complete. We usually spray garden sheds, letter boxes, clothes lines, dog kennels, outside furniture, verandas, and rubbish bins at no extra cost. We can also spray additional outbuildings such as garages and sheds as well as cars for a small additional charge. Is it safe?
